Service
SkyDraft (“the Service”) is provided by DevPro (Australia). By creating a workspace, you agree to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
Your content
You retain all rights to the documents, templates, sources, and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content as necessary to operate the Service for you. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to produce content that violates the law, infringes someone else's rights, or generates malicious, deceptive, or harmful output. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces where the Service is being misused.
No warranty
SkyDraft is an AI-assisted drafting tool, not an attorney, accountant, doctor, or compliance officer. You are responsible for reviewing every document we draft for you. The Service is provided “as is” during pilot; full warranty terms publish before general availability.
Pilot terms
During pilot, the Service is provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or end pilot access with reasonable notice. Pilot workspaces lock in pilot pricing once standard pricing publishes.
