Early access — pilot workspaces open
AI document drafting for teams who can't afford “close enough.”
skydraft.net turns proposals, SOWs, reports, and compliance docs from hours of mechanical typing into a section-by-section AI workflow you stay in charge of. Define a template once. We do the drafting; you do the deciding.

What it actually is
A SaaS that drafts your firm's repeated documents — the way your firm writes them.
skydraft.net sits between your meeting transcripts, briefs, and source files on one side, and your DOCX / PDF / SharePoint output on the other. In between: a template you define once, a workspace that knows your brand voice and glossary, and a section-by-section drafting loop with a human review gate at every step. We're not a chat window. We're structured-document infrastructure.
For teams who write
- Consulting engagement reports
- Sales proposals & SOWs
- Compliance & audit evidence
- Tender / RFP responses
- Technical specs & assessments
Inside the app
Three surfaces you'll spend most of your time in.
No drag-and-drop canvas. No node graphs. Three screens with a clear job each.
Templates
Define the shape once.
Sections, sub-sections, criteria with criticality, required-information checklists. Build from scratch in the editor or upload one of your existing documents and SkyDraft extracts the structure for you.
Section 3 of 7
Approach
Guidelines
- required Reference the client's discovery findings explicitly.
- required Cite our delivery framework by name in the opening paragraph.
- suggested Keep under 220 words.
Section by section
Draft, review, advance.
Every section sees the full document outline, every prior section, your sources, and your workspace assets — then drafts itself. You review, edit, or revise; the next section sees what you decided. No hallucinations because each step is bounded.
Section 3 · drafting
Approach
Our engagement on this proposal applies the four-phase delivery framework we've refined across 38 engagements in the professional services sector. We open with a structured discovery — the same approach that surfaced the data-integrity risk in the recent Acme audit — and align stakeholders before any architectural commitment is made.
The framework treats each phase as independently shippable. You get a usable artefact at the end of phase one whether or not the full engagement runs to completion, which de-risks the budgetary commitment...
Clarifications loop
Caught before they propagate.
Every drafted section ships with the questions the AI couldn't confidently answer from your context. Accept one and your answer becomes a tile in the document's notes — threaded into every following section. Dismiss and it stays dismissed.

Notes & pinned clarifications
§ 2 · Scope
Is the Sept 12 workshop the discovery date or the kickoff?
Discovery. Kickoff is Sept 19.
§ 7 · Investment
Budget cap — firm or indicative?
Firm at AUD 95k. No variation without written approval.
§ 1 · Summary
Acme's preferred term — engagement or project?
Always "engagement". "Project" reads as procurement.
§ 6 · Timeline
Phase 2 dependency on Acme's data export?
Yes — gated. Mark explicitly.
Why teams pick it
Built for repeated shapes, not one-off creative writing.
We're a different category from Jasper / Copy.ai / generic ChatGPT. Here's what that buys you.
Hours, not days.
A 90-minute meeting plus a folder of source files becomes a 20-page document in 20 minutes. The thinking was already done; the typing is the bottleneck. We remove the bottleneck.
Sounds like you, not ChatGPT.
Upload one of your existing documents. SkyDraft learns the structure, the voice, the glossary, the company identity — in a single setup pass. Every future draft inherits all of it, automatically.
Reviewed at every step.
Each section reviews before the next begins. Issues are caught before they propagate. You stay the author; we do the typing. There is no autopilot, by design.
Grounded in your sources.
Meeting transcripts, briefs, RFP packs, prior proposals. Cited in every generation as real context. No invented facts. When the source is silent, the draft asks instead of inventing.
Built for repeating shapes.
Repeating sections (one entry per item) handle deliverables, requirements, phases, features. Discovered from your sources, drafted one at a time, reviewable independently.
Reusable infrastructure.
Templates, brand voice, glossary, company info — set up once and reused across every document. Your firm's institutional knowledge, encoded in the right place.
Workspace assets
Set up your firm once. Every document inherits it.
Three workspace-level assets anchor every generation. Built in one setup pass; updated centrally; reflected across every draft from that point on. No copy-pasting style guides into prompts.
Brand voice
The way your firm writes. Tone, formality, sentence cadence, signature phrasing. SkyDraft learns it from one of your existing documents and applies it to every future draft.
Glossary
The terms specific to your firm. House style overrides for words the AI would otherwise default to (e.g., "engagement" not "project"). Controls terminology across every section.
Company info
Who SkyDraft is writing AS. Your firm's name, what you do, how you describe yourselves. Anchors every generation in your identity — separate from the client / subject of any one document.
Where we sit
Not a chat window. Not a form filler.
We sit in a different category from generic AI writing tools and from document-automation form fillers. Here's the shape of the difference.
| Generic AI ChatGPT / Jasper | Doc automation PandaDoc / Proposify | skydraftnet | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Output shape | One blob, generic | Form-fill from CRM | Section-by-section |
| Voice match | None — sounds like ChatGPT | None | Learns from your documents |
| Source-grounded | No — hallucinates | No — CRM fields only | Yes — meetings, files, briefs |
| Human review | Optional | Optional | Mandatory, per section |
| Built for | Marketing copy | Sales contracts | Structured deliverables |
| Re-runs | Start over | Reload form | Per-section with undo |
Security & privacy
Designed for documents your firm wouldn't paste into ChatGPT.
Confidentiality, tenancy, and training-set isolation are structural choices, not features. We made them up front so you don't have to ask.
Your data stays yours.
Workspace-scoped tenancy at every layer of the stack. Your documents don't bleed into anyone else's workspace.
No training on your content.
Your documents are not used to train any model — ours or anyone else's. The LLM provider doesn't retain prompts for training either.
Self-hosted observability.
LLM analytics (Langfuse) run on infrastructure we operate. Your prompt content doesn't leave our infrastructure to fuel a third-party dashboard.
ISO 27001-aligned posture.
Full SECURITY.md publishes alongside production. Pilot workspaces can request the current sub-processor list and security posture by email.
Frequently asked
Things people ask before signing up.
Does SkyDraft train on my documents?
No. Your documents are not used to train any model. The LLM provider we route to is configured to not retain prompts for training either. The only people who see your content are you and the model resolving the specific draft you requested.
Can I use SkyDraft for non-English documents?
The underlying models handle most major languages well, but our quality is currently calibrated for English (with a slight Australian lean from where we built it). Multi-language workspace setup lands later in v1.
How does it compare to ChatGPT or Claude directly?
Generic AI tools answer prompts. SkyDraft drafts structured deliverables — proposals, SOWs, compliance evidence — using your firm's voice, glossary, source files, and a template you control. It's a different category, not a different prompt.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
By design, you review every section before the next one starts. The AI also surfaces clarification questions for the things it couldn't confidently resolve. Edits you make become context for the next sections, so corrections propagate forward.
Can I export to Word / PDF / SharePoint?
DOCX export is available now. PDF and direct SharePoint / Google Drive delivery are rolling out per workspace during pilot.
What does pricing look like?
Pilot workspaces are free during pilot. Standard pricing finalises after the pilot cohort closes; pilot workspaces lock in early-access rates with 30 days' notice before any change.
Where is the data stored?
On infrastructure we operate, in Australia by default for pilot. Region selection lands before general availability. Pilot workspaces can request the current sub-processor and storage details by emailing hello@skydraft.net.
