Privacy Policy
This page is a placeholder during the SkyDraft pilot. A full policy will publish before general availability. The summary below covers the substance of how we handle data today.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address, the name you choose to use, and the name of your workspace. When you use the product, we store the documents, templates, sources, and clarifications you create.
How we use it
Your content is used to provide the SkyDraft service to you. We don't use your documents to train any AI model — ours or anyone else's. We don't sell your data. We don't share your data with third parties beyond the sub-processors required to run the service (e.g., the LLM provider for the specific draft you request).
Where it lives
Data is stored in databases we operate, hosted on infrastructure we control. LLM observability data (prompts, responses) runs through a self-hosted Langfuse instance — your content doesn't leave our infrastructure for analytics.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of sub-processors to deliver the service — the LLM provider that drafts your content, transactional email, object storage. The full list publishes with the production policy. Pilot workspaces can request the current list by emailing hello@skydraft.net.
Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete your content from inside the app. To delete your account or request a copy of all the data we hold on you, email hello@skydraft.net.
